To ensure a professional and reliable partnership, agents must meet the following requirements:

- Experience: Proven experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) or related industries is preferred.

- Financial Strength: The ability to make initial investments in inventory, promotion, and distribution channels.

- Market Access: Established networks in their respective markets, including distributors, retailers, contractors, and end customers.

- Commitment to Growth: Willingness to cooperate for long-term business expansion with our company.

- Legal Compliance: Fully compliant with local laws and regulations concerning trade and sales.

Agents are expected to fulfill the following responsibilities:
